What to Know Before You Go
Please read the important information below before booking your adventure.
- With our Dune Buggy Dubai tours, you will explore the stunning red sand dunes of the Lehbab Desert (Al Badayer, Hatta Road).
- Transportation is included in your reservation.
- A private vehicle can be arranged for pickup and drop-off at an additional charge.
- Dune buggies are not covered for accidental damage during the tour.
- The driver will be responsible for any damage to the buggy during the activity.
- The company shall not be liable for any damage or expenses that might arise from an accident caused by the driver.
- We recommend that you dress in comfortable and appropriate clothing for outdoor activities.
- All participants should wear closed shoes/sports shoes. For safety reasons, it is not recommended to wear sandals, flip-flops, or open-toed footwear.
Safety Guidelines
Protecting your life is our first and highest priority. The safety of all people involved is of the highest importance, and all guests must follow the instructions given by our guides.
- Please read the full safety instruction before going on the tour.
- And always wear your safety eye protection and helmet.
- Follow the instructions of your guide during the tour.
- Drive carefully and watch out for dangerous situations.
- Remember to follow all safety instructions while doing this.
Choosing not to conform to safety instructions may result in cancellation of the tour without a refund.
Age Rules
In order to verify the safety of all adults, the following age requirements are in place.
- To drive a dune buggy, you must be at least 15 years old.
- The journey is open to those of one to 14 years of age.
- Children are monitored by their parents or their guardians during the activity.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. See our cancellation policy.
- You can cancel if you give notice of cancellation at least 24 hours before a scheduled activity.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the time of your tour, you will not receive a refund.
- The scheduled activity requires full payment two days in advance.
- If payment is not received by the due date applicable, your reservation may be cancelled.
Changes in Tour and Weather Conditions
There may be special conditions when we need to make changes to your booking.
- Business demands may require changes to the tour schedule.
- Activities may be delayed or cancelled for extreme weather or unsafe desert conditions.
- We will do our best to inform guests of any changes in a timely manner.
- The safety of our employees and guests is top of the list.
Responsibility
By joining in our tours, you understand and agree to the following terms.
- The guests participate in all activities at their own risk.
- The driver is responsible for any damage resulting from careless or unsafe driving.
- Dune Buggy DXB is not responsible for personal property lost during the tour.
- All guests must follow the instructions given by our guides during the activity.
